establishing a golf course alcoholic beverage license to allow sales           
of beer and wine; extending the termination date of the Alcoholic              
Beverage Control Board; and providing for an effective date was

Senator Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                
adoption of the Rules Senate Committee Substitute offered on page              
3887. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL                       
NO. 458(RLS) was adopted and read the second time.                             
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
